Our exclusive client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them at a busy and exciting time! This is a newly created position due to changes within the business, so a great opportunity to make the role your own. Ideally you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.

Some of the duties will include:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Prepare and process domestic and foreign payments
• Process bank payments for UK associate companies
• Investigate purchase ledger queries and other associated management queries
• Reconcile the credit card statement and post related purchases on the purchase ledger
• Prepare the purchase ledger monthly reconciliations and reports
• Monthly reconciliation of Inter-Company Balances
• Review the monthly HMRC Import Data and match to foreign vendor invoicing
• Prepare any Intercompany recharges for invoicing
• Assist in preparation of the Auditors file and schedules for all group companies
• Process expenses incurred from Prepaid Currency Debit Cards
• Reporting and recording payments
• Sales order credit management and release
