Accounts Assistant

Our client, based in Chorey is a well known, global company, currently looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team on a permanent basis. With the current business plans in place, our client is offering progression with this role together with study support. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door.
Some of the duties are as follows:

  • Processing invoices - end to end process
  • Bank Recs
  • Analysis of P&L
  • Sales Ledger
  • Dealing with queries
  • Reconciling vendor statements and responding to vendor inquiries
  • Reconciling employee expense reports
  • Assisting with the month end process
  • Ad hoc duties to assist the finance manager


The ideal candidate:

  • Adaptable and accurate
  • Successful prioritisation of workload
  • Ambitious and driven
