Regional HR Business Partner

Employment Type: ContractLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £45000 - £50000 per annum + Car Allowance

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation, within the transport sector. This role is initially being recruited on an interim basis, although it is likely there would be longer term opportunities.

Below are some of the key areas of responsibility with this role:

  • Providing consistent ER advice to managers, managing a large case load
  • Ensuring discipline and grievance cases are carried out efficiently in accordance with Company procedures
  • Involvement in pay and policy negotiations
  • Responsible for building and fostering good union relations within your area
  • Leading the engagement agenda across the sites, driving key people metrics and delivering opportunities to develop employee engagement and performance
  • Contributing to the business strategic plans to reduce attrition and implement initiatives to improve employee retention
  • Partnering with Management and the regional Leadership Team on all organisational change projects and programs
  • Ensuring recruitment is managed in line with company policy, partnering with centre of excellence colleagues where necessary
  • Champion the Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellness, and ER agendas
