Recruitment Officer - Hybrid Working

An opportunity has come up for a Recruitment Officer to join a successful and growing business based in Blackpool (some flexibility to WFH). The role is working on a Full Time, 6 month FTC basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider team on the following areas:

  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers and agencies, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
  • Shortlisting applications, screening candidates and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Exploring the different options for recruitment and resourcing candidates, including untapped talent pools.
  • On boarding new employees and reviewing the current process for this, making changes where relevant.
  • Keeping job descriptions up to date.
  • Reporting on current recruitment trends and responding to this accordingly, for example changing aspects of the role in order to create the best traction.
  • Arranging inductions and ensuring these are carried out appropriately.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience from a previous role in Recruitment. My client is looking for someone with a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent organisational skills.
