Recruitment Officer - 6 Month FTC

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Recruitment Coordinator to join an exciting, successful, growing business based in Trafford. The role is working on a Full Time basis, on a 6 month contract with the view to become permenant in the future. The role requires a focus on recruitment with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, the role would entail the following:

  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
  • Shortlisting applications, liaising with agencies, and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Carrying out the relevant testing on potential employees, organising and analysing these tests.
  • Onboarding new employees and reviewing the current process for this, making changes where relevant.
  • Keeping job descriptions up to date.
  • Assesing managers on their interviews and looking into training that can be provided in order to furtehr enhance the interview processes in the company.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to use their own initiative having had some experience working in Recruitment either internally or for an agency. The salary is £25,000-£30,000 per annum dependant on experience. You must demonstrate a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work pro-actively.
