A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join a market-leading business based in the Manchester area. This role is initially being recruited on a 12 month FTC basis, although it is likely there will be longer term opportunities for the successful candidate.
You will be joining a business who are in the process of a largescale HR transformation. This is a brand new role for the business and is a real opportunity to put your own stamp on it and add a huge amount of value.

It is essential for this role that you have experience of working with and / or for an MSP, have an understanding of the challenges around using high volumes of temporary labour, and have recruitment experience from within a blue collar environment. Being a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to embed change effectively are all essentials for this role.
