Recruitment Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join an exciting, successful, growing business based in Bolton. The role is working on a Full Time, 12 Month FTC basis. The role requires a focus on recruitment with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, the role would entail the following:

  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
  • Shortlisting applications, liaising with agencies, and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Working as part of the Resourcing team on a specific area of the business to ensure the best candidates are found for the relevant roles.
  • Working towards time hire KPIs in a fast paced environment.
  • Completing compliance checks including DBS checks and safeguarding for all potential employees.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to use their own initiative having had some experience working in Recruitment. The salary is £22,000.
