Recruitment Business Partner

I am currently working with a business based in the Manchester area on their search for a Recruitment Business Partner.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be

  • Establishing effective recruitment processes across all parts of the organization
  • Proactively leading on diversity and inclusion throughout all recruitment activity
  • Managing complex internal stakeholder relationships
  • Influencing internally around the recruitment process
  • Working on the EVP development, and rolling out across all touchpoints
  • Identifying and creating effective talent pools
  • Leading the recruitment team

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience gained ideally from an in-house recruitment function, within the service sector. Please note whilst my client are based in Manchester City Centre there is a significant element of remote working within this role.
