Maternity Cover Contract
Job role: Personal Assistant
Pay Bracket: Up to £35,000
Benefits: 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, hybrid & flexible working, free parking & 5% pension contribution.
Our client has been around for 5 decades, they're in 10 countries and sited in over 20 locations. They specialise in Manufacturing ingredients and food production.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong administration experience or done a similar position as PA/Office Manager.
This is an 11-month contract for maternity cover with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

What does the role involve?
- Running weekly & monthly reports
- Using Excel and SAP for forecasts
- Dealing with invoices & recharge sheets
- Updating stock lists
- Sample shopping and data input
- Office maintenance such as refreshments, ensuring office is clean & tidy and dealing with post/parcels
- Organise travel arrangements, booking accommodation & restaurant bookings
- Provide any other general administration support.
Who would be the right fit?
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively prioritise, fulfil tasks and manage workload in a timely manner
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who has good knowledge of Excel
- Desirable - use of SAP
