Marketing Manager (Maternity cover, 12-15 months)
Reports to: Managing Director
Direct reports/Team members: 1 x Marketing Assistant
Salary: £35-£45k DOE + great benefits package including holidays, EAP, pension, socials and more
Location: Bolton/Manchester (either split or based from 1 office), hybrid working available

Purpose
Responsible for delivering the existing marketing strategy at Four Recruitment. Developing strong brand awareness across all divisions; Finance, HR, Business Support, Supply Chain and Executive. Exploring new opportunities and technologies to maximise marketing potential and propel the business forward.
What we're looking for…
- We want your creative flair and artistic edge to create and design eye-catching digital and print materials.
- You will be sharing your fantastic ideas to help implement a marketing and communications strategy across the business.
- Our marketing assistant will need your ongoing support and management, particularly with social media content
- Your camera and filming skills will be utilised across various video campaigns and content creation
- Your copywriting capabilities will help you to write blog posts, website copy and press releases
- Your confidence is key as you will need to work with other members of the team and share ideas with them, including Heads of Departments and management
- We're relying on you to keep our website up to date and looking fresh
- We need you to maintain relationships with our external agencies, such as brand and SEO
- Your events experience will allow you to oversee our busy events calendar and ensure everything runs smoothly
- As a marketing marvel you will be able to deliver large scale content projects and continue exploring new content opportunities
- We will need your help to support the team with internal recruitment and prepping materials for careers fair and social media ad campaigns
- You will be looking after the overall marketing budget and ensuring maximum ROI from any activity
- You will be the face of marketing and helping new starters to understand Four's marketing activity by providing an introductory overview
- Help us spread the word about Four by creating press releases and liaising with regional media outlets

- Familiar with web analytics such as Google Analytics

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years in a marketing role - with a broad range of marketing skills
- Experience working in a growing SME preferable
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in marketing, communications, or similar subject
- CIM qualification or strong experience in the field of marketing

You will be required initially to spend a couple of weeks at our Horwich, Bolton office to do a handover with our Marketing Manager before they go off. Please note you MUST be based in the North West to be considered, overseas applicants will not be considered.
