Internal Recruiter

As a growing SME we are on the lookout for an experienced Internal Recruiter to lead on the sourcing of candidates that will enable us to achieve our ambitious growth plans. If you are passionate about recruitment and interested in joining a forward-thinking business with a fantastic reputation this could be the role for you!

In this role you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Working with Managers to understand talent plans and business strategy
  • Working with marketing on developing a strong employer brand and strong online presence
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates from a variety of places
  • Conducting 1st stage interviews
  • Scheduling and facilitating of assessment days
  • Liaising with universities and attending graduate fayres
  • Liaising with external recruitment partners

The successful person for this role will be a passionate individual with extensive recruitment experience - ideally having recruited for sales and graduate roles.

Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skill and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment are key for this role.

Please note this is predominantly an office based role but there is some flexibility to work remotely, and we are happy to consider this role on a full or part time basis.
