Interim HR Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join a successful manufacturing business based in Cumbria. This role is initially being recruited initially on 12 month FTC but there may be the opportunity to stay with the business longer term for the successful candidate.

You will be working in a true generalist HR role where you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Leading a small HR Team
  • Talent and recruitment planning
  • Providing complex HR advice to Managers across the business
  • Devising and implementing a learning plan for employees across the business
  • Updating policies and processes
  • Leading on change programmes across the business
