Interim HR Business Partner

Employment Type: ContractLocation: City of ManchesterSalary: £45000 - £50000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Business Partner to join a growing professional services business in Manchester. This role is initially for a period of 6 months. As a HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in delivering a forward-thinking people strategy. Some of the key areas of responsibility for this role will include:

  • Establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leading on engagement and wellbeing across the business
  • Coaching and supporting managers in the application of People policies and practices
  • Proactively updating HR policies and processes, maximising efficiencies at all times
  • Line management of a HR Advisor - supporting their growth and development
  • Overseeing the management of complex ER cases
  • Working closely with the talent team to ensure attraction and retention of the right people for the business
  • Preparing and providing insights on people metrics, providing relevant and meaningful information to inform business decisions
  • Proactively leading on promoting diversity and inclusion
