HR Systems Manager

Employment Type: ContractLocation: BoltonSalary: £35000 - £40000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a HR Systems Manager to join a large, well-established service-sector business based in Bolton, initially on a 2 year FTC.


This is a busy and varied role where you will support the business with the following:

  • Leading on the implementation of a new HR system
  • Providing accurate data and insights to enable informed business decisions to be made
  • Developing automated reporting for key HR statistics
  • Supporting with internal system integration projects designed to streamline processes and improve data integrity
  • Proactively engaging with key stakeholders to define and prioritise system requirements
  • Identification of training requirements and developing user friendly guidance notes to assist end users
  • Project manage system development work
  • Managing the day to day running of the HR system ensuring end user queries are resolved within our SLA's


To be considered for this role it is essential that you are experienced in working with and implementing HR systems, as well as being able to demonstrate excellent organisational and influencing skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also important for this role.
