HR Operations Manager

I am currently recruiting for a HR Operations Manager to join a well-known North-West based retail organisation, initially on a 6-12 month FTC basis. The successful candidates will be experienced at this level, ideally having worked in a retail (or similar) environment. This is an exciting time to join a successful business where you will oversee the HR function. A strong employment law knowledge and proven track record in managing teams is essential for this role.

Some of the things you will take responsibility for will include:

  • Leading the HR and Learning&Development function, setting a vision and expectation for the team
  • Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business
  • Managing the HR team, inspiring and motivating
  • Overseeing the provision of excellent HR operations
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Overseeing the development of excellent HR policies and processes
  • Overseeing the delivery of employee relations and act as a point of escalation, expertise and guidance
