Job Title: HR Manager

Pay Bracket: £40,000 - £50,000

Location: South Manchester - Ability to work from home (Minimum 1 day per week in the office)

An opportunity has come up for a HR Manager to join an extremely successful, fast growing SME operating on a global scale, based in South Manchester. The role is on a full time, 12 Month FTC (potential to go permanent) - Hybrid working, very flexible.

What does the role involve?

  • Supporting line managers and the senior management team to address performance, conduct and absence concerns in line with company policies
  • Assisting with the harmonisation of the terms and conditions following the company's acquisition
  • Being responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Being responsible for all new employees from offer letter onwards
  • Overseeing the HR processes, policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant
  • Line managing a small HR team
  • Supporting and advising on employee relations matters, including guiding managers on all disciplinary and grievances

Who would be the right fit?

The role is a generalist role so the candidate who would be best suited to this position will have extensive experience from previous roles in HR. Ideally, they will have been a HR Manager working in an SME. The candidate will have a positive and professional approach to work.
