HR Advisor - Mainly home working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a service sector business based in in the North Manchester. . You will work as part of a wider HR team on the following:

  • Providing timely HR advice to Managers across the business, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coaching and developing Managers
  • Reviewing and updating policies and processes
  • Producing MI reports with analysis for Managers
  • Providing advice and guidance on pay structures and remuneration
  • Overseeing the on boarding process
  • Leading on talent attraction and retention across the business
  • Working with learning and development on induction effectiveness and job profiles
  • Supporting with organisational change such as redundancy, restructure and TUPE

My client has some exciting plans for the next 12 months which means that this role will also give you a brilliant opportunity to support with a variety of exciting projects.
