HR Advisor

Employment Type: ContractLocation: WarringtonSalary: £28000 - £30000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation with offices in Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington. This role is being recruited initially on a 9-month FTC basis and is a combination of office and home working.

Working as part of a wider HR team this is a generalist role where you will support with the following:

  • Providing advice and support to Managers across all areas of HR
  • Managing your own caseload, with a focus on absence and performance
  • Updating the HR system and reporting
  • Supporting with a variety of ongoing HR projects
  • Updating HR policies and processes
  • Providing information to payroll around employee changes, starters and leavers

This is a busy varied role so my client is looking for someone that can hit the ground running. Previous ER experience is essential for this role.
