HR Advisor - Full Time or Part Time

Employment Type: ContractLocation: ManchesterSalary: £28000 - £38000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a successful organisation located in Manchester City Centre. This role is a true generalist role where you will gain a huge amount of experience. It is initially being recruited on a 6 month FTC.

Below is an overview of some of the key things that you will take responsibility for:

  • Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process advice
  • Supporting with all areas of absence and performance management
  • Guiding Managers through organisational change
  • Supporting with restructures
  • Advising on talent management and succession planning
  • Maintenance of the HR system
  • Promoting good practice in all areas of equality, diversity and inclusion

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about people development, have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate working with a variety of stakeholders.
