HR Advisor - full or part time

I am currently partnering with a reputable business located in the Blackburn area in their search for a HR Advisor to join their people team. This is a truly varied role where you will gain fantastic experience in taking responsibility for the following:

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process advice
  • Proactively coaching Managers
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist in attracting top talent
  • Leading on performance and absence management
  • Enhancing early careers programmes within the business
  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries

The successful candidate for this role will have previous HR experience, as well as being passionate about their own personal development, along with the ability to establish effective working relationships with employees and managers across the business. In return for your hard work and commitment to the role my client is offering a competitive benefits and package along with the ability to work flexible or reduced working hours.

Please note this is a hybrid role and my client are willing to consider reduced / flexible working hours.
