HR Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a HR Advisor to join a successful business based in Bolton. The role is on a full time, 12 month FTC. The role requires the ability to work self-sufficiently as this will be a standalone role. The role will entail some of the following:

  • Being responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Providing advice and support on all people related matters with involvement in disciplinary, investigations and grievance meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
  • Responding to queries, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
  • Overseeing the HR processes, policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally compliant.
  • Working as part of the Management team, ensuring HR aligns with the wider business objectives.
  • HR administration including absence management, onboarding and leavers.
  • Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to use their own initiative having had valuable experience working in a HR role. The salary would be £30,000-£32,000 dependant on experience. You must demonstrate a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work pro-actively.
