HR Advisor

Employment Type: ContractLocation: BoltonSalary: £24000 - £25000 per annum

Are you keen to progress your HR career, gaining some invaluable experience along the way - if so this opportunity could be for you. My client, based in Bolton, are on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join them. This is a brand new role for the business and initially being recruited on a 12 month FTC basis.

Reporting into the Head of HR (who will be a great mentor and you will have the opportunity to learn so much from) the key things that you will take responsibility for in this role are:

  • Supporting with the delivery of people policies and processes
  • Assisting Line Managers with effective on boarding
  • Providing first line advice to employees and Managers
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives
  • Administering the employee benefit schemes
  • Producing and reviewing reports on sickness and turnover
  • Maintaining employee records on the SAP system
  • Supporting with a real variety of HR initiatives across the UK and the European region


The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about their own development, and the value that HR can add to a business. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work off your own initiative are both essentials for this role.
