HR Advisor

Employment Type: ContractLocation: Lytham St. AnnesSalary: £26000 - £30000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing business based on the Fylde Coast - initially on a 9 month FTC. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a team on the following:

  • Providing HR advice to Managers on all areas of HR policy and practice
  • Support managers in resolving all absence and performance issues
  • Support with a variety of change projects across the business
  • Review and update HR policies and processes
  • Coaching for Managers
  • Assisting with the support and development of the HR administration side


The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR generalist and used to working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work off your own initiative are essential for this role. It is preferable that you are CIPD qualified to level 5.
