HR Administrator - Home Working

Employment Type: ContractLocation: BurnleySalary: £20000 - £22000 per annum

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge within a reputable company?

An opportunity has arisen for someone who has experience in HR to join a successful & growing company as a HR Administrator. The role is located in Lancashire and will be on a 3 month FTC but could very well go permanent moving forward.

The role:

  • Working closely with new employees, leavers & contracted members of staff
  • Helping to manage the HR Systems and records (previous use of people soft is desirable)
  • Working with the recruitment team, arranging recruitment activities including internal vacancies
  • Managing monthly payroll and HR metrics including headcount etc.
  • Helping to coordinate various training within the business
  • Working closely with Line Managers
  • Tracking and coordinating Disciplinary, Grievance & Recruitment Processes
  • Tracking absences & annual leave
  • Supporting the department with any ad hoc projects and duties
  • Fully remote
