Four HR

HR Administrator - 4 days per week

Employment Type: ContractLocation: PrestonSalary: £18000 - £20000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a well-established HR team based in Preston on a full time/ part time (minimum 30 hours per week), FTC until the 31st of March - potential to be extended. The role is a generalist HR position where you will work as part of a wider team on the following areas:

  • Managing and maintaining employee records and files including processing variation to contracts when required.
  • Managing the onboarding administration for new employees, including obtaining references and playing a part in new employee inductions.
  • Carry out HR administration processes, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g. flexible working.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR and providing low level advice, liaising with the HR Advisor for support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in HR Administration or administration with an interest in HR. My client is looking for someone with a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent organisational skills.
