Senior HR Advisor - Hybrid Working - 4 or 5 days

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a successful service sector organisation, based in Warrington. Below are some of the responsibilities that you will undertake as part of this role:

  • Providing efficient HR advice, support and coaching covering all areas of ER including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, holidays and TUPE
  • Ensuring all HR issues are dealt with in alignment with company policies and processes
  • Working as part of a wider HR team to deliver the strategic people plan
  • Reporting on all HR metrics with analysis
  • Supporting with organisational change processes such as restructure programmes
  • Coaching the HR Advisor
  • Advising Managers on the recruitment and selection process
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives across the organisation

My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is able to hit the ground running, and who can demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. If you are CIPD qualified to level 5 or above this will strengthen your application.
