My client are looking for an Administrator to join their vibrant team on a full time basis for 6 months. You will be required to assist with any day-to-day administration needs of the departments within the business. This period could be extended and/or a full-time position, dependant on the needs of the business.

You will be working within the Pre-Commencement Department to ensure all administration tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner along with assisting with great customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Entering contracts onto the CRM system
  • Answering inbound calls and providing call backs where necessary
  • Dealing with queries - understanding where contracts are up to, fitting dates, inputting data onto the system
  • Ensuring contracts are signed and all compliance is on the system prior to fit-out
  • Scanning documents onto the systems and ensuring all files are correctly labelled

What we look for in you:

  • Confidence in dealing with queries over the phone
  • An eye for detail, making sure documents aren't missing
  • Admin savvy and technically efficient
  • A great team player
