  Clearly the temporary job market continues to be quite challenging in terms of volume of vacancies, is this the consequence of AWR or the challenging economic conditions that we are currently trading in?  I would say it’s more the latter rather than the former as most businesses are still getting to grips with the impact of AWR and the real test of its impact will come further down the line.  Protection of employee`s rights can only be a good thing but the additional paperwork, legislation and potential implications of not doing things right certainly are causing clients a concern.
