    We like to reward hardwork at Four, so we’ve introduced ‘Spin the Wheel’ as part of our employee recognition strategy. If consultants have for example, exceeded their KPI’s, or perhaps provided an outstanding service for our lovely clients and candidates, they are given the opportunity to spin that wheel winning prizes from £100 in cash to a lie in.     Great article we picked up from I Love Manchester – great news for the sector and the region…. A survey of its youngest members and students conducted by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) has revealed that more young people living in major cities in the north of England are satisfied in their current role than in London. The poll covered over 2,000 professionals under the age of 36 in the UK. It reflects the availability of great career opportunities in the north.     On November 6th Sam’s Gift – our nominated charity – held their very first event. Four provided sponsorship and support to the team at Sam’s Gift to organise the Masquerade Ball which was held at Hotel Football. Sam’s Gift was set up to help teenagers and young adults who are suffering from cancer. It was established by Sam’s mother Susan and brothers Tom and Danny Nicholls following the death of Sam at the age of just 22 in November 2014 after a short but brave battle against T- Cell Lymphoma.
