We are currently looking to recruit at 3 levels:
Graduate/Trainee Consultant
If you are looking to start a career in recruitment we are looking for either graduates or candidates who have had previous sales experience to join our team. This really is a fantastic opportunity where you will receive all the training and support needed to build your own desk and take responsibility for your own business unit. To succeed the following attributes are needed.

Consultant £18 - 25,000 + bonus
Four Financial Recruitment are looking to expand their team further with the addition of an experienced recruitment consultant. The successful applicant will have spent a significant amount of time recruiting within the Lancashire area, and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of revenue generation. We are particularly interested in consultants who enjoy the challenge of developing a market in its infancy and will thrive working in an autonomous working environment.

We will also offer the chosen individual a clear and achievable bonus scheme which will reward both high performers and also encourage consultants earlier on in their careers. Senior Consultant
We are currently looking for experienced professional recruiters within specialist fields from either an interim or permanent background. The key disciplines we are recruiting within are accountancy, IT and HR covering the following regions: Bolton, Preston, Blackburn, Manchester. You will get the opportunity to expand the business further through both personal delivery whilst also possessing a team orientated mindset.
