Four Financial Recruitment has been established as a specialist accountancy and finance recruitment consultancy from a genuine passion to deliver high quality advice and recruitment services to both clients and candidates. The three senior consultants have a combined recruitment experience of 25 years within the Northwest marketplace. The scope of companies we work with ranges from small privately owned entities through to global PLCs and top UK professional practices.
Claire Sofield - Commerce & Industry (Temporary)
Claire entered the recruitment industry at a young age upon graduating with a BA(Hons) degree from Newcastle University. She has since worked within the Greater Manchester market for several years specializing in supplying temporary solutions to a range of clients comprising of prominent local businesses to leading Northwest PLC's including FTSE 100 businesses.
Within her area of expertise Claire has built up a reputation for delivering a genuine quality led service based on her passion to do an excellent job. Claire now heads up the temporary division of Four Financial Recruitment working at all levels from junior clerks to senior qualified accountants.
Phil Sofield - Commerce & Industry (Permanent)
Phil has over nine years experience working in the recruitment industry where he spent the majority of his career working for a specialist financial recruitment business covering all levels from junior clerks through to senior finance roles within the Northwest marketplace.
Phil has gained valuable experience working both at the consultant and managerial level bringing a range of expertise to Four Financial Recruitment. Phil heads up the permanent desk due to his ability to develop genuine personal relationships which over the years have enabled him to build an unrivalled reputation for successfully recruiting across all levels in the Lancashire and Greater Manchester market.
Alastair McLean - Public Practice
Alastair has spent over ten years within accountancy & finance recruitment in the Northwest initially recruiting part and newly qualified accountants into commerce & industry sectors before moving on to specialise in public practice recruitment.
After a number of years with a growing Northwest firm managing branches and developing new markets, Alastair joined a niche consultancy to strengthen his senior qualified experience before joining Four Financial Recruitment. Alastair heads up the Public Practice division and plays a key role in the Senior Finance team.
Paul Hebden
Paul is Finance Director and has 10 years experience of working at Board level in a variety of businesses across a number of different sectors. A Chartered Management Accountant, Paul is working part time for Four Financial Recruitment and his experience includes re-financing, turnaround work, treasury management, cost and financial accounting.
